Regulator Servicing
All regulators require annual servicing to comply with manufacturer’s warranty. Failure to do so can drastically reduce both the effectiveness and working life of the regulator. It may also increase the servicing costs due to excessive corrosion.
During a service the regulator is stripped to its component parts and cleaned in an Oxygen clean ultra-sonic bath. The parts are then reassembled using only manufacturer supplied kits. The service then involves setting the regulator up on the state-of-the-art ANSTI test bench and as a final check all regulators are given an in-water test.We service the following makes of Regulator:

Tank TestingIn the UK the regulations state that tanks are to be tested visually every 2 and half years and hydrostatically tested every 5 years! All our tanks are tested to IDEST standards.
